My highlights of the conference by Colin were the group discussions. They were brilliant. Everyone got involved and they enjoyed it. It was a good way to learn. We enjoyed the team building exercise as well. You can see all different people, who don't usually talk to each other because of the distance, but they really enjoyed, discussed things and worked things together.
